A Little Bit About Me
24 year old Muslim woman, trying to worship Allah and live by the Qur'an and Sunnah. Seaker of knowledge. Comes from a big extended family Alhamdulillah.


Lived and worked abroad as an EFL teacher in Morocco and Egypt for two years with the intention of studying Arabic and Islamic Studies (at Azhar University). Returned due to family commitments in the UK - planning on staying in London for now

(Note: during time abroad lived with female colleagues)


Working as an ESOL teacher at a North London college while doing a full time degree in Islamic studies. Done International Baccalaureate Diploma and a teacher's training course (the CELTA). Studied Arabic in Cairo. Done an Islamic Studies (Fiqh, Usool al Fiqh, Hadith and Tafsir) under Sheikh Akram.


Interested in living in a Muslim country but also acknowledges responsibility towards family in the UK.


Does't associate with any group but is inclined towards the idea of working towards uniting and aiding the Ummah. 


Enjoys reading and has an appreciation for poetry and literature. Likes to spend time with family, be around nature and travel in my free time.

Wears khimaar and abayah.
